Your benefit search stays private

The guided finder does not ask for Social Security numbers, claim numbers, medical records, or account credentials.

Finder answers, saved benefits, notes, application status, and checklist progress are stored on the visitor's device. Anonymous usage counts may record page views and feature use without collecting names or sensitive benefit answers.

If you subscribe, the site stores your email address, consent record, subscription status, and signup date so benefit updates can be managed and unsubscribe requests can be honored. Subscriber addresses are not sold.

If you use the contact form, the site stores the name, email address, subject, message type, and message you provide so the administrator can review and respond. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
